My dream future

 I am one of those people who prefer to live in the present and go step by step, obviously with my goals and objectives clear. I try not to get distracted with thoughts about the future as it is uncertain and cannot be predicted.

But if I was ever offered to travel to the future, the first thing that comes to mind is concepts and images from the animated series Futurama. This series is set in the year 3000, because the main character, Fry, falls into a cryogenic capsule just in the new year of 2000 and wakes up 1000 years in the future.

 The future that Futurama proposes seems extraordinary to me, speaking of technology, transport, society, etc., but what fascinated me the most is that in those years aliens were already accepted and even lived with them. I feel that this acceptance of the strange is great as it shows an inclusive and totally open society.

I do not know if I would like that future to live, since it would be a sudden change of societies and I feel that the adaptation would be very long and difficult, but what I do know is that I would love to meet him and a couple of days in him.
